Visit from UAE-AF to DGTA was held on 11 to 13 Sept 2019. The objective of this visit is to share the experience and expertise in air safety, regulations and technical standards to airworthiness. The delegation was led by Lt Col Obaid Ali Obaid Ali ALKaabi and two other members.

During the visit, briefing with Q&A session was conducted in regards with Malaysian Military Airworthiness Management by DGTA and RMAF Safety Management by IGTU.

Apart from that, the delegation also visited local industry facility at Airod Sdn Bhd. In a nutshell, the delegations from UAE-Af was satisfied with the brief visit.

It was discussed that both the authorities may continue to work towards mutual recognition in the future.
