AMO Labuan Airbase Engineering Branch
Labuan Airbase Engineering Branch was awarded the Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) by DGTA on 20 December 2023 at Membedai 3, Pangkalan Udara Labuan.
The award of AMO certification by DGTA is for limited Intermediate Level Maintenance (ILM) on EC725AP, C130H & Hawk MK108/208 aircraft and its associated equipment as defined in the Maintenance Management Plan (MMP).
The AMO certificate submission was successfully officiated by the Director General of DGTA, Brigadier General Ir. Nordin bin Abdul Ghani RMAF, to Lt Col Robert Edward Ngayong RMAF, Head of Engineering Branch, Labuan Airbase, during the event. The AMO certificate is effective from 7th November 2023 to 6th November 2026.
The AMO award is a testimony of Directorate General Technical Airworthiness for Engineering Branch continue conducting Intermediate Level Maintenance of aircraft EC725AP, C130H and Hawk 108/208.
