AMO (No.15 Sqn, No.18 Sqn & Weststar Aviation) & AMTO (No.15 Sqn & No.18 Sqn)

Butterworth, 22 Sep 2022 - No 15 Squadron and No 18 Squadron have been awarded Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) and Approved Maintenance Training Organisation (AMTO) certification for maintenance of Hawk MK108/208 aircraft and F/A-18D aircraft.

Besides that, Weststar Aviation Services Sdn Bhd also have been awarded AMO to perform maintenance on the AW139 aircraft.

The award of AMO and AMTO status is a testimony of State Aircraft Operator (SAO) and commercial for their commitment and maturity in managing airworthiness requirements. DGTA congratulates the management and staff for this significant accomplishment.
