On 8th March 2023, the Director General of the Directorate General Technical Airworthiness (DGTA) received a courtesy visit from the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) Air Wing Unit led by SAC Ahmad Lokman bin Abdul Hadi.  The visit began at 0930H and ended at 1400H.

 

This was the first courtesy visit made by the PDRM Air Wing Unit to the DGTA. The main objective of the visit was to strengthen relationships between government agencies.

 

Additionally, this opportunity was also used to share information and increase the Special Branch's knowledge about the jurisdiction and governance of the DGTA as an agency responsible for regulating and overseeing the State Aircraft Operator (SAO) in the country.
