AMO Talent Global Sdn Bhd

Talent Global Sdn Bhd was granted the Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) certification by DGTA on 20th November 2023, at Talent Global Sdn Bhd, Subang. The AMO certificate was officially presented by the Director General of DGTA, Brigadier General Ir. Nordin bin Abdul Ghani RMAF, to Mej Mohd Asri Bin Hamzah (R) TUDM, Managing Director of Talent Global Sdn Bhd, during the event.

The AMO certificate is valid from 30th December 2022 to 30th December 2025 and authorizes Talent Global to perform Scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance, Testing, Technical Services (Training, Publication, Consultation), and Supply of Spare Parts and Related Components for Royal Malaysian Air Force Sling and Lifting Tackles (SLT).

Established in 1996 as a wholly-owned Bumiputra company, Talent Global initially operated as a trading house for aviation and defence-related business activities. In 1999, TGSB secured a contract to supply aircraft parts to the Royal Malaysian Air Force. With experienced personnel and strategic planning, TGSB has transformed from a logistics-based business into a rapidly expanding aviation and general engineering services company. Presently, TGSB employs a workforce mainly consisting of ex-air force engineers, technicians, and logisticians, all with more than two decades of experience in aviation-related fields. Supported by a dedicated workforce, TGSB has become a prominent player in the aviation industry, establishing its engineering consultancy services and general aviation engineering services.

TGSB was previously awarded the Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) by DGTA for Royal Malaysian Airforce services and the maintenance of Sling and Lifting Tackle equipment, effective from 20th January 2012. Additionally, TGSB received the AMO certification for Malaysian Royal Airforce Repair and Overhaul of Rescue Hoist BL10300 Series, effective from 31st July 2012.

Furthermore, TGSB successfully undertook the installation of the WESCAM Camera for the Royal Malaysian Police and received DCA approval for Airborne Multisensor System AS355N on December 21, 2012. This approval includes Modification Documents for Installation, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, an Avionic Justification Report, Structural Justification Report, and Flight Manual Supplement.

TGSB has also been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification from SIRIM, an international standard for quality management systems. This certification underscores TGSB's commitment to efficient quality management, ensuring that its work processes and activities adhere to the standards outlined in ISO 9001:2015. This commitment involves risk management, continuous improvement, and compliance with customer requirements.

In addition to the aforementioned achievements, TGSB possesses capabilities in engineering services, logistics, design and manufacturing of aerospace ground support equipment, weapon system program management, parachute engineering, consultancy services, technical support for system installation, aerospace ground support vehicle maintenance, publication management, marketing of new products and services, sling and lifting tackle maintenance, flight training, and simulator solutions.
