There were five (5) type of approval certifications awarded by DGTA for AEROTREE as follows:

• Authorised Engineering Organisation (AEO) for Design Development, Review and Approval of Local Manufacture of Aeronautical Product – Component or Parts of Agusta A109 LOH Helicopter. The AEO certificate is effective from 26th Jan 2024 to 25th Jan 2027.

• Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) for Aircraft Textron Model B300, Super King Air fitted with two (2) Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-60A engines and Aircraft Bombardier (Viking) CL-415 MP fitted with two (2) Pratt & Whitney Canada PW123AF engines. The CAMO certificate is effective from 2nd Apr 2024 to 1st April 2027.

• Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) for Organisational Level Maintenance (OLM) and Intermediate Level Maintenance (ILM) activities on Air Combat Manoeuvring Instrumentation (ACMI) RMAF Kuantan Base. The AMO Certificate is effective from 14th Oct 2023 to 13th Oct 2026.

• Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) for Organisational Level Maintenance (OLM) and Intermediate Level Maintenance (ILM) activities on Air Combat Manoeuvring Instrumentation (ACMI) RMAF Butterworth Base. The AMO Certificate is effective from 14th Oct 2023 to 13th Oct 2026.

• Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) for Organisational Level Maintenance (OLM) and Intermediate Level Maintenance (ILM) activities of Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) Bombardier (Viking) CL-415 MP Aircraft. The AMO Certificate is effective from 31th Mar 2024 to 30th Mar 2027.

The AEO, CAMO and AMO certificates submission was successfully officiated by the Director General of DGTA, Brigadier General Ir. Nordin bin Abdul Ghani RMAF to AEROTREE President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dato’ Halim bin Othman during event.

AEROTREE had been certified and approved by Directorate General Technical Airworthiness (DGTA) for the capability for the Design Development, Review and Approval, Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness Management and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO). AEROTREE has been given the responsibility to support the State Operator Aircraft (SAO) by providing all the services to the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF), Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) and Royal Malaysian Army Air Wing and ensuring the state registered aircraft and components is airworthy and safe for flight operations.
